I also worked in the kitchen two days a week cooking the food orders. IT Retail Systems October 2005-January 2008 Working as an hardware field engineer my role was to install and repair EPOS systems in supermarkets and convenience stores across the UK. The job would involve the use of power tools and require me to lay network cables where needed. Other job duties were to train the customer on how to use and maintain the system. When not on site i was required in the main office to give telephone and online support to customers. Microflow UK October 2004-October 2005 Here i worked as a stores person in a busy beer dispence equipment factory. My duties included picking orders for the shop floor, booking orders in and out via phone, fax or email and use of the fork-lift truck was required. Richmond Cabinets November 2003-September 2004 Working on a production line my job was to fit various components onto arcade machine frames and kitchen cabinets. Other duties included picking orders ready for production and keeping the work area clear of hazards. Celestica December 2001-October 2003 My job here was to install and test different software onto computer servers before passing them onto the next stage. At times i was also needed in other areas such as soldering and dispatch. Greengate Wood February 2000-November 2001 This was an apprentice wood-machining job which meant learning how to use many different machines and laves on the shop floor. There would be alot of heavy lifting involved and most jobs meant working with a partner. The job required me to attend Manchester mancat college once a week as part of the apprenticeship course. Roofing North-West September 1998-January 2000 Here i worked as an apprentice built-up felt roofer learning all aspects of the trade. My main duties when on site was to assist workmates with the job in hand and get involved with the key areas when required. The job meant attending Bolton college once a week as part of the course. About Me I feel i am a friendly person who can work as part of a team as good as on my own. |
